HELP! Bumpy skin.

So my skin is oily and I wash it wish a facial brush and two different types of cleanser. There's a few breakouts but for the most part it's clear... But there's these bumps everywhere and I want smooth skin so my makeup doesn't look weird. HELP! Any home remedies or products to smooth skin out?
