This may sound weird, but get 1/2 mayonaise, 1 egg, and 1tbs evoo. Combine, and put in your hair with a showercap (so it doesn't get everywhere) and let it suit for minimum of an hour. Then wash with shampoo and conditioner as normal. And don't use a brush, Combs are better for hair, especially when wet.

This is what worked for me, no heat for 2 weeks, use almond or olive oil and leave it on your hair for an hour and do that like twice a week... use shampoo only to remove the oil and don't use any shampoo when you shower, just deep conditioning...

Buy a good leave in conditioner, leave in oils and stay away from styling tools (straightner, curler, waver etc.)
