So I have pretty bad acne and I don't want to go to school like a huge pimpily mess. Are there any tips to get rid of acne but not including using a product. Thanks:)

Try not to touch your face or the pimples will only get worst. You can use youghurt to put it in your face for like 15 min and if you want a better effect mix it with honney and your skin will defenitely feel more calm , fresh and clean.

Why not use a product? There are many that will get rid of it in a matter of days!

I know diet may not be directly linked to acne but a good diet has shown to help. cut down on the sugary snacks, avoid fried food, drink LOTS of water, have watery fruits like pineapple and watermelon, try DIY exfoliating face scrubs before going to sleep because you really want to unclog those pores, change your pillow covers regularly because bacteria can affect acne, sleep enough hours, don't touch your face too much (bacteria and oils from your hands can make it worse), wash your face atleast twice a day but don't overwash it (my doctor told me that could make it worse). and other than that you will need to take medication and use some products to help (as oil free as possible!) and just remember that it is a phase and it will go away slowly but surely :)
