Put in your mind these three steps : 1- wash 2-tone 3-moisturize.. next determine your skin type.. then choose the ri8 and best products out there don't go 4 cheap ones or fragrance n parabane containing.. maintain healthy diet.. drink waaater.. never pop a pimple try to get topical antibiotics when you have one that will help get rid of it fast w/o leaving marks.. read reviews before you buy any skin product.. lastly don't overthink about it :).

As beauty A. said clean, tone and moisturize. you could do as me and choose a cleanser and toner containing salycilic acid and a good plain moisturizer. it has to be non comedogenic though. jojoba oil is also great. you can choose a oil free or a petrolatum jelly based product.
and again don't overthink. your acne is really not so bad. avoid alcohol (often found in some toners).

Oh and in case you d?cide to follow the tea tree route never forget to dilute essential oils (like tea tree) in carreer oil (olive, jojoba, sweet almond...) to avoid severe irritation.

Oh and I think the fine lines might be due to dryness. that's why you really need to moisturize properly to keep your skin supple. ok I'm done LOL.
