You can hairspray it! My hair doesn't like to hold curls either, so I usually just hairspray it ;)

You can also do pin curls which are great, and last all day :) The best part about them is that you can do them over night, and in the morning take the pins out, put a little hairspray and VUALA you're done ;)

I curl a small section of hair and hold the iron for 10 seconds after that I apply hairspray and repeat the process in aaall of my hair. so resume: hold the iron for 10 seconds then apply hairspray section by section :)

Try a mouse then blow dry heat protectant curl and finishing spray. I do not recommend a hairspray before curling your hair can burn off and it will ruin the finish on your curler.

Try doing heatless curls. I had the same problem with curling my hair; it never held for more than thirty minutes. I would recommend braiding your hair the night before you want the curls and taking them out in the morning. Make sure your hair is a little damp when you're braiding your hair though. You could also try sock curls or a sock bun. Also do those before going to bed.

I suggest using a wand that is infused with proteins. My hair used to be like that until I discovered my Remington silk protein infused curling wand. It stays ALL day.
