It's bad for your hair, but probably not as bad as heat or chemical damage

Teasing , contrary to popular belief is bad for you hair, especially if you flat iron it after! Don't do it too often and you should be okay!

Yes I guess. I think it gives more split ends too if your hair is damaged n brittle..

It breaks up the cuticle and there is a proper technique to it. Don't over do it, especially if you want hair growth.
