Try using Milk of Magnesium as a primer before putting on foundation. It takes away all my oil and is an awesome primer!

The colorstay whipped is an amazing foundation, my fav I've ever tried, but it gives a natural/skin finish, not "dewy" but definitely not matte.
Try Estee Lauder Double Wear! It gives a total matte finish, full coverage and yet feels good on the skin! :)

The only foundation that has worked for my oily skin is the Covergirl Outlast 3in1 foundation. its amazing. :) revlon whipped foundation settled intoy poors and made me oily.
