If your iron is low gol to your doctor because it could be amenia. I had it but then the doctor said I was good because of the iron pills. one thing of the iron pills-eat something while taking them. everytime I took mine without food I got sick.

I always take the vegan ones. that also helps your body absorb the iron. not so ruff on your tummy. eat spinach for a couple days n see if you see changes. if you do. see a doc n make sure your iron isn't dangerously low.
