There's this stuff at rite aid, I have no idea what it's called but you put it on your fingers and when you go to bite your nails it will taste horrible. It worked for my cousin.

I use to be terrible at biting my nails, so I started to soak my nails in nail polish remover, and then when I went to bite them it would taste disgusting so I eventually stopped!

Keep your nails painted! Every couple days re-paint them so you don't have the urge to bite a chipped polish nail!

I used to tear mine and I just kind of changed my "obsession" of picking into filing. polishing, etc. Kinda hard to explain but when I felt like my nails were done up it made me not want to ruin them. To this day if I go more than a few minutes without polish on I start to pick at them.

What works for me is to clean them instead, I used to bite my nails since I was like 4 years old, I'm 22 now, and even a year ago or so nothing worked for me, not even garlic! but I began to clean them every time I wanted to bit them, once they grew up I found out disgusting to bite them!

I have the same problem. What I did was constantly paint my nails. I tried cool designs and checked out nails on Pinterest to see if I could do the designs. I changed the style about every 5-7 days to keep a constant change. It really does help. If you also really like the polish and wanna keep it on longer just add a clear coat every 1-2 days to keep it fresh. Also try the Sally Hansen insta gel. It keeps a manicure for 2 wks!!
