Yes! But liquid is still easier and quicker to apply.

I love moose. its light on skin but harder to spread around. I would use a brush for it because personally use your hands for moose is hard sometimes. because it'll stick to your hand.

I don't know why, but I never liked it on me :/
I thought it sounded like a good idea, but it always felt super heavy and cakey on my skin and I like a very sheer light coverage.
