HELP! make nails grow faster and stronger.

So I've been a nail biter for a while now but I really want to stop so I can paint my nails for back to school. my nail beds suk and it frustrates me when my nails grow and I see how long the white part is so... I bite them off and it's a never ending cycle! I've decided to put my foot down and stop biting but I don't have long till school starts, so yeah , how can I get my nails to grow fast and strong?

Take a biotin/keratin pill. They are cheap and help your skin and hair also! You could also put a strengthening nail polish on your nails to help. I love Sally Hansen for the nail polish!
