I can not get rid of my sits help I have most of them on my chin.

Put toothpaste on them when you go to bed an wash it off with lukewarm water in the morning. Do this for a few days and wash your face in the morning an at night before you put the toothpaste on.

African black soap
Pure tea tree oil
Clearasil/cetaphil cleanser
