Hey guys, some friends and I are throwing a surprise party for my cousin today. I was going plain simple; some shorts, shirt and sandals... But I wanna know if any of you have better ideas! I don't own many dresses. I have leggings, jeans, I really have to go shopping. Ideas?

If you have a casual dress. pair it with the sandals in your picture. If you don't, wear a semi-formal top with leggings. :)
