I am having the same issue as you... It's like a never ending search for something that works! I recently purchased the cetaphil oil control foam... It does nothing for me. I know everyone's skin is a little different and some products work for some but not others, so I'm just giving you a heads up on the cetaphil :)

Neutrogena and clean and clear are really good. (for clean and clear) I use the morning burst one and the deep clean (scrub)

Neutrogena is the best! Also Laroche posay effaclar and Bioderma, all oil free face washes of course! The last two products are french though..

Clean and clear is good but it can be strong. I would recommend aveeno or st ives facewashes because they are more gentle. also neutrogena is known to be very effective for a lot of people.

Angela g, I wouldn't opt for any of the cheapest face washes for oily skin. Anything like clearasil, neutrogena or cetaphil. They are so full of solvents and peroxide, they might work in the short term but won't help your skin for very long. Try something ph balanced and soapless, and I know you will think I'm crazy but a cream cleanser will do your oily skin more benefit than most gel cleansers. I worked at priceline for three years and know all these products back to front, I would recommend avene cleanance range as it is hypoallergenic, ph balanced and soapless. I'm also a beauty therapist with oily skin. Also only exfoliate once a week, as the physical stimulation can actually increase sebum production on your skin. Hopefully this is helpful!
