have you ever tried putting white eyeliner on your lid before you apply the color like as if youre using a neon color it sands out better

I dont own a white eyeliner, and fix+ I've never tryed it.
I'm just begining to try to become a pro makeup artist I am only 11 so I'll definetly try what you said thank you. P.S do you know somewere I can find a red eyeshadow

apply NYX Jumbo Eyeliner in Milk (white) on your lid before applying eyeshadow gives them eyeshadow a brighter look ^^ makes it stands out more.

Manic Panic has eyeshadow called vampire red. and nyx has one called red head. Ulta has both. I dont know where your from if theres one by you but you can get both of these online. these are the only two true reds i know of but i am sure theres some in a drugstore brand somewhere if i come across any i will let you know
