So I had surgery on my leg about eight months ago and the scar really bothers me. When I look at my leg its all I see and I feel like so do other people even though they probally don't. Do you girls know anyway to make it less noticeable?

I know exactly how your feel. I have 3 surgery scars on each of my feet. Mederma has really worked for me! But it takes a while and its kinda expensive. I havent tried anything else, but I know it works with time. 2/6 scars are practically invisible!

Try to not let it get to you first and for most but what you can do at night before you go to bed cover the scar in warmed bio oil and wrap in glad wrap, wrap three times my girlfriend did this around her tummy after she had her son women in malay do it it works but start now and keep at it for a month.

Also, scars fade in time even if you don't put anything on it or do anything to it.

I've heard bio oil heals scars, but I've never tried it myself.

Don't worry about it. It hasn't been that long, it will fade some all on its own! People might look, but they are probably interested! Use it as conversation starter. Use it to make you more confident! Make up a funny story of how you got it, I did that. People think scars are cool :)
