I agree with Emily. Light pink looks good on everyone or just do clear! If you are doing a dark eye never do a dark lip.

A soft pink brownish colour would be nice. Kinda likes nude but with a pink undertone. You don't want to take away from your smokey eye 😊

I would run my foundation over my lips and top it with a clear gloss, so that beautiful smokey eye is the focus.
Is also add a contour on the cheeks as well as a light bronze highlight to the cheek. Good luck
