Hi Ariane! I love MAC Pro Longwear, but as far as drugstore, I hear Glamolflage by Hard Candy (Sold at WalMart) is seriously thick stuff! By the way, for your acne and oily skin (that's me too!) rub lemon on your face and let sit for 10-20 minutes, rinse. Then, a thin layer of honey (real honey!) for 10-20 minutes and wash off. After a few days of that- you won't believe your skin!:) Lemon will clear and clean pores, honey is anti-bacterial, kills zits and adds water moisture (not oil) into your skin. Good luck!<3.

For oily skin, hard candy glamoflauge concealer is great. Not so much for dry skin though. I also recommend maybelline fit me concealer. The glamoflauge concealer covers tattoos which proves its heavy duty claim.
