Try using Chi's volumizing spray, then blow dry you hair in an upward motion. When you spray it, spray it at the roots

Velcro rollers are essential!

I just "discovered" Velcro rollers! How have I lived this long without them! You must get them. Easy to use and no heat means less damage. I use Aveda shampoo and conditioner, then apply living proof full thickening cream. Blow dry and set dried hair in Velcro rollers. Hit with a little hair spray and let sit while I do my make-up. Unroll, flip head over and shake out, finger comb. Last blast of hair spray and out the door. My hair looks great in the morning, even after sleeping on it all night!
