This is kinda gross, but the balls of my feet are scaley. The skin is roughish and makes my feet feel so bad. I'm pretty sure this happened because of the shoes I've been wearing. Any suggestions on what I can I do to make the skin heal quick and get soft again?

Try exfoliating them and then moisturize.

At the end of your shower exfoliate your feet with something like a ped egg. and then put oil or super moisturizing lotion on your feet and put socks on. they should be smooth again. do this whenever your feet feel rough.

Exfoliate every shower! Either with a scrub of some sort or a scrubber brush. Then make sure you moisturize

@Mairead, what exactly is a foot wand?

You can soak your feet in warm soapy water or just with warm water and a foot scrub. Then pat dry and use a pumice rock which you can get at Walmart or drugstores and you'll see it smooth out. Afterwards, use a foot cream or body lotion and massage your feet and put socks on. Its best to do it before going to sleep so your feet are soft the next morning. :)
