If you want a fabulous working toner and at an affordable price try Neutrogena's Skin Clearing toner! I've gone through two bottles of this and has worked wonders on my skin (I have the same skin type as you!) I found this at my local Target for only about $5. It's a toner with a salicylic acid treatment (about 2%) so that will help when/if you ever break out. I hope this helped!
