If your circles are from vascular problems, double up on pillows at night to stop blood from building up under your eyes. When you wake up apply a frozen spoon or any cold compress for about five minutes to constrict the blood. Then, Use an eye cream with caffeine, which constricts vessels aswell. You can also try Arnica-based creams which are anti flamitory and may reduce the appearance of darkness. And eye creams with green tea or grapeseed oil help strengthen your undereye area.
For circles due to allergies or sickness, consider taking an over-the-counter medication.
Or if thin skin is the issue, use a collagen-building cream or ingredient like retinol. Vitamin C also stimulate collagen production n and can help brighten skin tone. If you're serious and can find it near you, look into a red light treatment. You go once week to lay in a bed under infrared lights that penetrate the skin and encourage the production of collagen and elastin.
