When I was younger I would bite my nails. So my mom would give me an incentive, like going shopping or getting my nails done at a nail salon as a treat, so that I would not bite my nails. And it worked I haven't bitten my nails since I was 6 years old, and in my opinion It's something worth trying.😄

My friend max carries around a squishy stress ball and whenever he feels like biting his nails he just like tosses around the ball instead and sinful colors makes a clear nail polish that's called no bite that might help.

When I take off my nail polish I don't wash my hands so the residue from the remover stays on and that usually helps me cuz thats the nastiest taste ever and if I repaint my nails right after it helps even more cuz they look really good and I don't wanna mess up my hard work haha.

If she's really not messing around, go to petco (yes, I said petco) and by a bottle of bitter yuck. use a qtip and apply a small small tiny amount around the areas of your nail you tend to chew on. trust me a little goes a looong way. if she bites her nails... she never will again. took me once or twice.
