Our hair is almost uncontrollable unless in a permanent do.
-Mom has dread locks (my sister and I have to maintain constantly or ours dread naturally)
-Sister keeps hers longish, straightening or leaving natural using mousse (which I used to but is too much hassle
-And I keep mine short (which I have com to find is the easiest to maintain, however wuold like to do more :(
I use shampoo+conditioner as recommended by a hair dresser to keep my hair in good condition.
What else can I do so I can do more while keeping it healthy, strong, etc
-my hair dos not grease hardly ever and not washing it everyday cuts a lot of hassle down
HALP!

Every two weeks you can do a deep condition to your hair. Does your hair have a lot of frizz? You can try coconut oil or argan oil to minimize it. You can check out youtube as well for tons of videos that can help. Also if you flat iron your hair try not to flat iron it so much. You can do it once a week. At night what you can do is wrap your hair. Wrapping is a style that most black and some latina women do when they first get there hair done. Here's a link on that

I hope this helps. :D
