Ok , so for Halloween I'm being a toddler and tiara and need some help for the costume? I'm not sure where to buy a dress or how to do the outfit hair and makeup suggestions also.

Lots of make up, fake eyelashes, some skimpy outfit, maybe a beauty queen sash, and of course, a plastic tiara!

Go to a thrift store to find a big, ridiculous pouffy gown and then go crazy with DIY glitter and sequins! You'll definitely be able to find a really cheap, old prom dress or even an old wedding dress you can dye hot pink with fabric dye =) You can probably find a short dress too, or even cut it shorter

I did this last year! Wear a pacifier or carry around a bottle with juice plus do your hair with tight curls and lots of volume with a big tiara. Also a big tutu with a sash that says "ultimate grand supreme". Just some ideas :)
