Have you tried green tea and honey face mask/wash? It may be easier to read my blog post if you're interested www.the-seaside-girl.blogspot.co.uk
As for the oatmeal I add some hot water like you would if you were going to eat it, then leave it to cool. Once it's warm massage it into your skin and wash off with warm water. I warn you it's very messy and not good for your sink but it makes you skin feel really good :)

This isn't a wash, but it helps even my skin tone and clear my pores a lot. Take hot salt water (or just mix table salt with hot water if you don't have access to salt water) and put out in a bowl. Make sure its not too hot so it won't burn you, and soak a face towel in it so it is completely wet and squeeze out all the dripping water and lay it over your face until its cool.

Oatmeal is a great natural cleanser I really recommend it if you have annoying acne issues.
