Umm.. I am suffering from PCOS.. and I don't get my chums.. due to this I am having hormonal imbalance and stuff.. I have this hair growth issue now.. its like growing like a beard but not like a thick beard or anything.. its all tiny hair pretty visible on my neck.. face also.. but thats waay lighter.. I can bleach em off.. butbi dunno what I should do about my neck.. I have to get my hormones straight and get rid of PCOS.. I am working on it but obviously its going to take time.. but I want a solution for these facial hairs.. :'(

Shave it but do not use a regular razor use a face razor leaves you smooth and no irritation you just have to get the hang of it.

I've shaved mine for about 2 years never had a problem but waxing irritated my face and made hair grow back all wacky personally I perfer the face shavers and I know a lot of ppl that use it.

You can use a facial epilator.. I have one n it works miracles I use mine for upperlip neck chin etc. you can get it at walmart or target...

The hair due to hormonal imbalance is more annyoning because they tend to grow back faster and they increase over time as you progress with you medicines, personally I think you should consider laser treatment.
