Any products or remedies? cause I havr them and they're scarring.

I agree with Emily, you must see a derm. I have the same problem and no amount of external products helped me, after visiting the derm, I was given medication and anti biotics to remove the infection from the cysts and a series of medicated products. Now they are under control :)
