There are so many. What are trying to treat? Are you looking for glycolic, lactic or a mix? Sorry, it's the esthetician in me :)

I've read that aha help with treating miliums and I would prefere a mix of about 3% not more:-)

Glycolic is definitely helpful for miliums but it doesn't hurt to use a combo of AHA's. I would also use serums or the like over creams. They have a smaller molecule structure, therefore they penetrate deeper into the skin. I would try Dr Denis Gross One Step Acne Eliminating Pads. They have them at Sephora. If you do start with one every other day the 1st week then everyday the 2nd week. You may experience some dryness, just continue using and working through that phase. :)
