How do I figure out what undertones I have? I'm quite pale but I don't know how figure out if I have pink or yellow, etc. undertones...?

One trick is to look at your veins, if they look more green then you have yellow undertones, if they look more blue you have pink undertones. Some people have more neutral undertones though.
If you go to a place like MAC they can match you up if they give you something with "NC" in the front of it I'm pretty sure that is yellow undertones, If it is "NW" its pink undertones..

For me it was simple, I can check my arm against foundations and see that the more olive/yellow ones are definitely what's best. However if your more neutral or you have trouble telling just ask a professional! They'll be more that glad to help you out (:
