Well I wear them over my jeans and couldn't wear them under even if I wanted cause I like tight skinny jeansBut its all in your preference on how you would like to wear them.

Definitely over. if you have skinny jeans and you out them under your jeans it will just look weird and not stylish at all! :)

Never worry about looking weird. You wear what you like and create your own style. Not everyone like all the clothes/ styles out there and thats what's awesome a world full of different tastes.
