I want the Urban Decay Naked palette but it's a bit pricy, but it's acceptable. Is the Too Faced Natural Eye palette a good match?

Too Face Natural Eye is absolutely amazing! I feel like UD has more earthy/shimmery tones whereas the Too Faced has more matte nudes and browns, so whatever you prefer! Both have amazing reviews.

The too faced palettes are amazing! I gave one to a friend for Christmas and she uses it daily.
