I would say about 11 or 12. I would suggest mascara, concealer and powder if wanted, and blush!

Idk, I have friends at Skool (13-14 years) and they cover their faces to cover up acne but it makes it worse... At 13 I use next to nothing, mascara here and there.. Concealer when needed, and lipgloss almost never, natural sheen of EOS.
