Try not using a primer. And not so many colors. How about a simple base then lid the edge then blend when they meet.

It could be the eyeshadows you use. To help eye color come out more you should use a base. Nyx white jumbo pencil in milk is great for that. But do consider that sometimes it's the eye shadow it self

Try just using two color a light color on you lid and a darker color in you crease then blend only the crease color on you outer in a more concentrated pRt of your outer crease add a darker color blend that out a little in that area until there are no harsh lines, this works for me.
