Make-up brands that last the best?

I sweat like a fat pig. Any suggestions for brands that stay on really well? I already use stay, don't stray eye primer, witch hazel, certaindri, and 3 kinds of face primer.
It doesn't really help, and my make-up still wears off after a few hours. So, what are some cheap, yet not too expensive make up brands for eyeliner(liquid and roll-up), foundation, and mascara?
