Its usually up to the MUA how much they are charging. they can have a flat rate from 85+ and how far they have to travel!

May I recommend asking vegas_nay (on instagram and twitter and youtube). She's amazing, and she'll give you her rates, and I'm sure she'll have other recommendations.

Typically under $70 is what most freelance makeup artisits will charge as they are just looking for a job. If you hire someone from an agency it could be upwards of $90.
