Looking through your pictures I like your hair straight, but as far as lips go, definitely nude. Bold colors are good for a lot of things, but ID pictures aren't one of them.

I say straight with a nude lip or a light pink. If your hair is naturally straight leave it straight, if it's curly leave it curly, your ID is supposed to look like you at any time, so avoid bold and try to keep natural.
