I think that your lower eyeliner is a little too thick, it makes your eyes look a lot smaller... Maybe opt for a thinner line? On the plus side, your eyebrows have a really nice shape :) maybe instead of just using dark black and grey, try using smoky colours that will enhance your natural eye colour and make them pop :) good luck!

I agree with Celine, although maybe if you are opting for a darker look try a thinner coat of eye liner like said but blend it down a little :) this will soften that black :)
