Is it the right eye liner or an allergy?

I have been having problems every time I apply my eye makeup my eyes get very watery and they can last for a good 10 minutes of watery eyes. I am not sure If it means I am using the wrong eye liner or could it be an Allergy?? HELP!!

Could just be because you leave your eye open while applying? That happens to me when I put it on

You could b allergic. Anything that gives you discomfort discontinue use.. try different brands.
is this just with eye liner or all eye makeup?.
