For the way your hair is body wise in this pic the middle part looks really good. But different ways you fix your you might want to go for the side part for curls or something.

Both. Try just curling your ends or giving more volume when you part down the middle it will make your blue eyes pop even more and give you more cheek bone! I always switch it up. Also try just off to the side a little or even making a tiny zig-zag to add more volume and natural look.

It could be the camera angles of the photographs but it looks like the side part balances out your face more. Like how the others have said, the middle part does open up your face. I say either way works, just rock it.
