I personally prefer the look of lipstick over gloss. To me, it gives that vintage pinup girl vibe, which I LOVE!!! I don't like the sticky feeling I get with lipgloss, but, I will admit that I like the way it looks sometimes. Does anyone know of a light feeling lipgloss that I'm unaware of?

Balmshell for sure! Gorgeous formula, Canadian brand.. Check them out for sure, it's the only lipgloss I've found that doesn't irritate the hell out of me with stickiness. Also the NYX MegaShine Lipglosses are surprisingly not sticky at all, you'd probably love them! & less expensive.

Bare Minerals Lipglosses are pigmented and not sticky--they kind of remind me of a liquid lipstick! =)

Lol cool 1 rai me2 I love mac creme sheen lipsticks n the satin finish ones too ! Am not a fan of matte lipsticks although I have mac Russian red I mix it with Russian red gloss on top ! As alone makes my lips dry!

But if I am going away with my bf for the wkend somewhere ( we call it lazy wkend get away) I love to put a little makeup means in this case lipgloss like mac creme sheen lipgloss ! Is light n sheer! Btw what blush from mac does anyone know that gives that fresh faced look for n.c44 skin ?

I'm a lipstick girl all the way, I own close to 70 tubes!! LaRocca Lip Shield is a cross between a balm and a gloss. Totally nonstick, it's creamy with a fuller coverage. I have rose.

I have the same issue! color riche glosses are pigmented, And moisturizing, because they have argon oils in them, and they don't feel sticky at all.
