I'm dressing up as the joker for halloween. I have the cutest pair of purple shorts with a green crop top, green hair spray and will be doing the cuts and fake blood on my cheeks. but I need hair ideas. how should I do my makeup? help please!

Since you seems to be going for a more girly look you should crimp your hair and tossle it a bit so you get a cute zig zag but messy look and then spray the green hairspray.
