Well I like tea. I have almost 5 to 7 cups sometimes. is that bad for health? tried limitting but I can't.

Well yes, because you have it with sugar.
Adding sugar completely diminishes the benefits of tea. Use honey for its health benefits and effects, not sugar. I would look into milk as well.
