So for Halloween I am going to be Katy perry, I'm going to wear her signature blue wig. Anyone have any ideas for how to do her makeup look? Thanks

Do a bright pink lip color and lots oh highlighter. And EXAGERATE on the mascara, cuz her eyelashes are just enormous (maybe wear falsies). then Fill in your brows and apply bright pink blush.

Make sure to go on claires.com and search for Katy Perry eyelashes. I bet they still have plenty! Maybe not…but just try!!
