I really want to wear makeup cause it makes my eyes look so much nicer with just a tad of mascara on but I don't want people to realise cause they all say 'ohh have you got make up on!?' I'm 13 and most 13 year olds do wear it but not really at my school! Help.

I say go for it. just make sure there not clumpy cause then it will be more noticeable.

Well your only 13, so your skin is prob pretty good. So I would say cream blush (the maybelline dream bouncy blush has some great colors for fair ppl, has a high pigment and is very easy to apply), then use the same blush as your lipstick, curl your eyelashes, apply mascara and then just comb your eyebrows.
