So I'm going as a girl from Toddlers and Tiaras for a party tomorrow. HOW DO I DO PAGENT HAIR AND MAKEUP??

Get a really small tiara from the dollar store. Curl your hair, after, DO NOT COMB THEM THROUGH. The key is defined curls that are still polished. For makeup, first, whiten your teeth with baking soda everyday until the halloween party unless its close. Search up how to do so. Your makeup: A foundation almost one or two shades darker than your actual skin tone. Do your eyebrows and define your arch. For eyes: Wear a taupe/silver color on the base of the lid, the inner corners should have a light beige or white and the outer corners should have greys/blues/pink/purple any color that you feel will look good. If you can apply fake lashes. I know they wore a lot of blush, they also usually wore a light nude pink lipstick with purple undertones sometimes so layer your lipstick the way you want to.
