Anything with Metallics or sparkles, bright colors or white.
For makeup I would have fun with it, a pink lip and colorful eye

Wear sequinned top (pink/blue/silver) with some leggings and high top converse. You could replace the leggings with a color block jean/short/skirt.

Anything that's glimmers and pops out,such as neons:)
Add little pops of colors for makeup,but don't apply a whole rainbow to your face:)
