Hair falling out?

I'm only 17 but my hair falls out a ton, especially in the shower. Any suggestings of supplements I could take?

It's perfectly normal to have fall out throughout the day and in the shower. Especially if you have thick hair. Just take a good multi vitamin and eat as well as you can and you'll be fine Hun. No reason to worry :)

Could be stress, thats when I notice mine falling out. Or it could also be your shampoo, I had that problem a couple months ago... Biotin is good for hair skin and nails.
