I'm not sure about clothing if you wanted that, but long straight hair, middle parted. maybe a little teasing to get the messy effect she has. and for make up, I'd do a black smokey eye with a big cat eye. little bit of red lipstick. contour the cheeks. and I'm not sure what else!
