I need a new look (hair and clothes)

So I've had the look I do before 5th grade and I'm in 7th now. I want something new. I want to try and outgoing and bold look that's still kinda girly. Pics and names of stores would help. And for my hair I was thinking maybe highlights, side bangs, just a streak of an unnatural color, or maybe just a new color.

Your just in 7th dnt go for highlights... they will damage your hair... you can use fake ones.. fake hair.. I think you should go for a hair cut that would appear your hair look volumzdd..

Try clip in extensions of streaks of hair (you can get them from sallys or online) then if you like them get permanet ones don't damage your hair early my hair is only to my collar bones instead of being a lot longer which it could of been if I did not dye it.

A dramatic hair cut will change I had super long hair I wanted a change now it's at my shoulder
